Oxford HR is a global leadership consultancy dedicated to searching for and supporting remarkable leaders and teams in purpose-led organisations. As part of their ongoing BCorp certification process, and to provide a holistic overview of their positive impact as a business, we worked with the team to create their inaugural impact report.

OXygen spent time meeting with key stakeholders to identify the key themes and values that would create the foundation of the report. We then used the data they had collected for their BCorp submission to draft a layout for the report with a smooth flow to illustrate their impact journey. We also worked with the team to design and distribute a client facing survey to inform the Sector area and incorporated testimonials from the team to add life to the report.

Given the variety of data and statistics, we concentrated on presenting the numbers in a clean, digestible format, using icons and brand colours. The end result is a visually impactful and engaging document that highlights Oxford HR’s commitment to people and planet.
